Group Support & ADHD Dads Program
Informal Monthly Executive Functioning Boot Camp Drop-in Program
Building on Dr. Carey Heller’s executive functioning boot camp program, this program offers a more informal way to get help with the following:
- Time management
- Planning
- Organizing
- Ways to increase your productivity
-
Reducing stress
The lunchtime boot camp program
provides an opportunity to meet monthly (or attend whichever months you’d like). During each meeting, you can share and discuss your challenges with time management, organization, and other related executive function skills.
In addition, Dr. Heller will help group members identify strategies and tools that they can use to address issues. Furthermore, participants can use time during the meeting to set up specific strategies, update to-do lists, and make plans going forward.
Whether you are new to addressing these types of challenges or have tried many things without great success, this group is for you.
Dr. Heller will help you:
- Make a specific strategy plans
- Set up tools
- Do your own planning
- Devoting time to planning
- Update your to-do-lists
Time management and organizational skills are often not easy to develop, implement, and maintain. However, by taking a holistic approach, and not just focusing on picking a strategy and trying to make it fit your needs, you can have long-term success in this domain.
You can join the Meetup group HERE and get information about scheduled meetings.
