About Heller Psychology Group
Heller Psychology Group is a boutique practice located in Bethesda, Maryland. We know struggling in life can be tough at any age and how it may be difficult to seek treatment. As a small private practice, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality therapeutic and testing services possible in a comfortable environment.
While our clients are diverse, our mission is the same: to help people become more confident and happier in their lives by equipping them with individualized tools and a supportive environment, whether they are dealing with ADHD, chronic illness or executive functioning deficits.
Our clinicians evaluate and treat a variety of issues such as ADHD, learning disabilities, anxiety, depression, as well as difficulties associated with life transitions and chronic illnesses. We evaluate and treat children, adolescents, and adults.

Fees & Insurance
The Heller Psychology Group is considered an out-of-network provider for insurance companies, which means that we do not participate directly with insurance. This arrangement allows us to provide quality services without the constraints that insurance companies sometimes impose on treatment and evaluation. Therefore, you must pay for services directly. However, we are happy to provide statements that can be submitted to your insurance company to seek coverage based on what your plan allows through out-of-network benefits.
We recommend that you check with your health insurance company to determine what your out-of-network benefits cover. In addition to you being reimbursed by them for services provided, you may be able to use a health savings, flex spending, or other similar types of accounts to cover the cost of treatment and/or an evaluation.
Fees for different services vary as we tailor them to meet your individual needs. Please contact the office for specific information about the fees for psychotherapy, testing, and other services. For your convenience, we offer a variety of payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Venmo.
Please note: you are entitled to receive a good faith estimate as part of the no surprises act.
